These Terms govern use of Buzz the Moment.
The service
Buzz the Moment provides sports schedule information and user-configurable alerts intended to help users return to sporting events at selected moments. Sports data, schedules, scores, timing and notification delivery may be provided by third-party systems and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Subscriptions
Buzz Premium is a recurring subscription priced at $4.99 per month unless a different price is displayed by the applicable app store. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the terms and settings of the store through which the subscription is purchased. Premium provides unlimited alert creation.
No guarantee of alert delivery
Notifications can be affected by device settings, network availability, operating-system behavior, sports-data availability and other factors outside Buzz the Moment's control. Users should not rely on the service for emergency, safety-critical, wagering, financial, or other time-critical decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, abuse its infrastructure, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
Buzz the Moment branding, software, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party league, team and other marks remain the property of their respective owners. References to sports or teams do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Changes and availability
Features may change as the service develops. We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary.
