Delete Your Buzz the Moment Account

Buzz the Moment lets you delete your account directly from the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to Buzz the Moment.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Deleting your account removes your Buzz the Moment account, profile information, saved alerts, notification settings, and associated personal data from our service. Personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@buzzthemoment.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Include only the information needed to identify the account. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Buzz the Moment account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, cancel the subscription through the applicable store's subscription-management controls.
